Monday: 5:30 pm/Wednesday: 5:15 pm

Monday: 12:15 pm/Wednesday: 12:00 pm @ In Shape Fitness ($85)

Tuesday/Thursday: 3:15-4:00 pm @ In Shape Fitness – Sports – Strength and Conditioning – High School ($85)

I have been working out with David Johnson at In Shape Fitness for 2 years now and I absolutely love it!!! When I first started I was so out of shape, I would "workout" at home and we all know what that consists of... Starting and stopping because you have a small child wanting to exercise with you, or the phone rings or heaven forbid you break a sweat. Trying to exercise at home is impossible for me. I started because a friend of mine told me about it and how much she liked it. I thought I would give it a try thinking it would be like any other workout I have done, well I was WRONG. I have never in my life worked out so hard . I thought there is no way I can do this for a month, but David encouraged and motivated me to set and achieve fitness goals, and now 2 years later he is still helping meet and
exceed my goals as well as setting new ones. I am totally addicted to this workout program, and strongly recommend In Shape Fitness to anyone looking for a successful workout program. David is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met, he is passionate about being a trainer and truly wants to help people not only to get in shape but to be healthy as well. I can honestly say that I am stronger and more in shape than I have ever been in my life and I have David to thank for that.
